I've never been a fan of bloggers, and I think there should be a blog for those who are anti-blogs since there are blogs for just about everything else. That will NOT be the purpose for this blog however. My intent is to keep this blog up to date with all things Baptist. I am currently serving as the Assistant Youth Director at a church in Northern California. We are an old fashioned, independent, fundamental, Bible-believing, King James Version defending, sin hatin', devil fightin', separated Baptist Church (I almost have to adopt a southern accent when I say that because it just sounds more fundamental). We don't apologize for anything in the way of doctrine or standards, and because of this we get a lot of criticism from the world as well as fellow Christians. Sometimes it just burns me when I hear some idiot cracking on those who are actually taking a stand against sin and I just want to rip their head off (not literally).Some of my posts will be light-hearted stuff, and some will be me just getting fed up with the garbage we get pitched for living what we believe. Sometimes you just gotta' say something and it's nice to have a place to be heard (even if nobody is really reading. Hey, denial isn't just a river in Egypt...). Keep monitoring this site for the latest on me, our teen ministry, our church, and whatever else I feel like posting (if you don’t like it, write your own stupid blog).
